We confirm scope

A principal reviews your request and sends a written quote confirming scope and price, usually within one business day. The Terms of Engagement you accepted at booking govern the work.

We match your shopper

We study your venue and reviews, then assign an evaluator who fits your guest profile, working anonymously under a coded identifier.

We schedule and shop

The visit happens in your preferred window. The evaluator transacts as a genuine guest and captures timing, receipts, and product photos in the field.

We analyze and verify

Findings are scored against our framework, receipts are recomputed, and timestamps are cross-checked. Every observation is evidence-backed.

You receive your report

A customized report with itemized receipts, photos, and a clear severity ranking, delivered at the tier you selected.

1. Scheduling

You give us a three-week window. We choose the exact date inside it and do not disclose it, to you or to anyone at the property. A visit whose date is known is staffed for.

2. Anonymity

The identity of our evaluators and principals is not disclosed at any time. You agree not to attempt to identify, photograph or record our personnel. Our photography during a visit is limited to product and facility. We do not photograph your staff or your guests.

3. Fees

The professional fee is as quoted and is earned on attendance, payable whether or not the visit completes as scoped. Where a visit does not complete as scoped, the report says so plainly and says why. Out-of-pocket spend is billed at documented actual cost and never marked up. Fee and spend are invoiced after the visit, payable within 14 days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with more than 24 hours' notice before the start of your stated window. Inside that, the professional fee bills in full, because by then the visit has been staffed and booked.

5. Your report is never held for payment

The report is released when it is ready, within 72 hours of the visit, regardless of the state of the invoice.

6. Independence

Findings are not softened and no part of our fee depends on what the report says. Any comp, discount or upgrade our evaluator receives is recorded and appears in the report.

7. Report use

The report is prepared for the management of your business and is not for further distribution. You may share it internally, with your brand standards team and with your professional advisers. Public or marketing use requires our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We hold what we learn about your operation in confidence. You hold our methodology and anything that could identify our personnel in confidence. Neither obligation expires with the engagement.

9. Liability

Our reports state observations from a specific visit on a specific date. They are not an audit under any auditing standard, not legal advice, and not a guarantee that observations generalise to other dates or shifts. Our total liability is limited to the professional fees payable under this engagement. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Law

This engagement is governed by the law of Aruba. Hotel stay evaluations carry an engagement retainer and are confirmed by a separate signed engagement letter.
